Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 German Civil Code).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

This can be done by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You can use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Perfumes whose original bottle's seal has been opened or removed are excluded from return for hygienic reasons.
So that you can still test the fragrance without risk, we include a separate 2 ml test vial with your order.
Please test the fragrance exclusively with this sample.
As long as the original bottle remains unused and sealed, you can withdraw and return it within the period mentioned above.
The 2 ml sample cannot be returned or refunded.
Therefore, only the unopened original bottle is returnable upon withdrawal.
