General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of VENOA Perfume

§ 1 Scope of Application and Definitions

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop venoaperfume.de in the version valid at the time of the order.

(2) A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

§ 2 Contract Partner, Conclusion of Contract and Storage of Contract Text

(1) The purchase contract is concluded with:

(2) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order.

(3) The ordering process typically includes the following steps:

  • Selection of desired products and variants
  • Click on "Add to cart"
  • Review of the shopping cart and click on "Proceed to checkout"
  • Entry of billing and shipping address and selection of payment method
  • Review of entries on the overview page
  • Click on the button "Buy now" / "Order with obligation to pay"

(4) By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the items contained in the shopping cart.

(5) Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This order confirmation documents that your order has been received by us, but does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.

(6) The contract is only concluded when we expressly accept your order (e.g., by means of a shipping confirmation email) or when we dispatch the goods to you.

(7) The contract text (order data and GTC) is stored by us. You will receive the order data and these GTC in text form via email. You can view the GTC at any time on our website at www.venoaperfume.de/pages/agb_venoa . For security reasons, your order data is not permanently accessible online.

(8) You can correct any input errors at any time before submitting the order by using the usual correction functions of your browser or via the editing fields provided in the ordering process (e.g., "Back" button, modifying the shopping cart).

§ 3 Prices, Shipping Costs and Payment

(1) All prices stated in the online shop are final prices in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax.

(2) Shipping within Germany is currently free for you. Should shipping costs arise in the future, these will be separately indicated in the ordering process before you complete your order.

(3) The following payment methods are available to you – depending on the options activated in the shop:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

(4) Payment of the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. Your payment method will be charged according to the terms of the respective payment service provider.

§ 4 Delivery

(1) Delivery is currently only available within Germany.

(2) Delivery is made with DHL or a comparable service provider to the delivery address you provide.

(3) Unless otherwise stated in the shop, the delivery time is generally 1–3 business days from dispatch confirmation. Any differing delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

(4) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods transfers to you or a person authorized by you to receive them only upon handover.

§ 5 Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal

(1) Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights of the German Civil Code (BGB) apply. Claims for defects become time-barred within the statutory periods.

§ 8 Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

§ 9 Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find under the following link:

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
