How your 2ml sample vial works

Ordering perfume online is a matter of trust. That's why with every VENOA order, you automatically receive a 2ml fragrance sample so you can test the scent in peace before opening the original bottle.

✨ Your advantage: Test the fragrance first with the enclosed sample. This way, you don't have to immediately open the 50ml original bottle and can decide at your leisure afterward.

Why we do this

We know that a fragrance perceived online can be different from how it appears on one's skin in everyday life. That's precisely why we want to give you the opportunity to get to know VENOA as relaxed and pressure-free as possible.

With the 2ml sample, you can test the fragrance beforehand, wear it, and let it take effect, while the original bottle remains unopened.

How it works

You automatically receive a 2ml fragrance sample with your order.

Test fragrance first
Try the sample first and only open the large bottle later.

Decide afterward
If you like the scent, you keep it. If not, the original bottle remains unopened.
Important: For a possible return, the 50ml original bottle must remain unopened and unused.

When is a return possible?

A return is possible if the original bottle remains unopened and the general return conditions are met.

Please note the following:

  • The 2ml fragrance sample is for testing purposes.
  • The 50ml original bottle must not be opened for a return.
  • Opened, used, or unsealed original products (50ml) are excluded from returns.
  • The return must be registered within the applicable period.

Why opened perfumes are excluded

For hygienic reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be resold. To offer all customers exclusively new and unused original products, opened bottles are therefore excluded from returns and refunds.
